Booking Conditions

• The above service rates are provided as a guide only and are subject to availability.

• Minimum 4 hour call-out fee including yard time (pre and post-trip inspections etc).

• Full Day Hire cannot exceed 13 hours including yard time (subject to provincial guidelines for driver hours).

• Taxes and additional costs (i.e. parking, airport fees, park entrance fees, tolls, etc) may be applicable depending on the nature of your service request.

• Driver gratuities are not included and are appreciated for excellent service.

• 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to charter date.

• Itinerary must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to service commencement.

• Additional charge per/km for custom charters exceeding 250kms.

• We retain the right to apply a surcharge for peak season, after-hours and last-minute requests.

• Vancouver 1 Day Local Touring/Hire (<250kms total): $1090
